Shipping

  • Processing Time: Orders ship within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Holiday orders may take up to an extra week.
  • Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking info. Didn’t see it? Check your spam folder or email us!
  • Rush Orders: Need it sooner? Email us, and we’ll do our best to help! 
  • Delivery Times:
    • U.S.: Usually delivered within 2-5 business days after shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Refunds: —store credit only.
  • Eligibility: You can request a return within 2 weeks of receiving your item(s).
  • How to Return: Email us at igoodpeopleclub3@gmail.com with your order number and proof of purchase to start the process.
  • Return Requirements: Items must be returned in original packaging and the condition you received them. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved or denied. Approved returns will receive store credit via email (store credit is final sale). The customer is responsible for shipping costs. 
  • Exchanges: Accepted for unworn items (except sale or made-to-order) within 2 weeks

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Be sure to include your order name or number on the package.
